Q. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A.We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal and Square payments.
Q.CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
A.Some equipment may be picked up, depending on the size of your rental. If interested in pick up, please note that in the comments when submitting the contact form.
Q.WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
A.Final payment is due upon delivery.
Q.IS SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDED?
A.Yes, we will provide general setup and breakdown of equipment.
Q.DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A.Yes, a deposit is required to reserve any equipment. Any waterslide rental requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. All other rental equipment require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your rental will not be reserved until the deposit is received.
